🔁 Exchanges (Size Only)

Eligibility:

• We accept size exchange requests within 24 hours of delivery.

• Applicable for:

  • Size issues

  • Fit concerns

  • Defective or damaged products

• First-time exchanges are complimentary. A small reshipping fee may apply for subsequent exchanges.

• The item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • With all original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by a mandatory unboxing video as proof

🎟 Returns (For Store Credit Only)

• Returns are only accepted within 24 hours of delivery.

• We do not offer monetary refunds — instead, eligible returns will receive store credit in the form of a Crizha coupon code, valid for your next purchase.

• Items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

  • Tagged and undamaged

  • Supported by an unboxing video clearly showing any issue (if applicable)

🚨 Damaged or Defective Items

• We deeply regret any inconvenience caused by defective items.

• As every order goes through a 3-stage quality check, we only accept return/refund requests with an unboxing video as proof.

• Without video evidence, unfortunately, we cannot process the request.

• Damaged item requests must be raised within 1 day of delivery.

📦 Return Shipping

• For exchanges or returns, customers are requested to ship the product back to the address provided by our team.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Reshipping of the new item may be covered by us or charged minimally, depending on the case.

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
