  • Returns are only accepted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

    • Tagged and undamaged

    • Supported by an unboxing video clearly showing any issue (if applicable)


🚨 Damaged or Defective Items

  • We deeply regret any inconvenience caused by defective items.

  • As every order goes through a 3-stage quality check, we only accept return/refund requests with an unboxing video as proof.

  • Without video evidence, unfortunately, we cannot process the request.

  • Damaged item requests must be raised within 1 day of delivery.
